Any incident perceived to damage the security of the Exam will be investigated by National Restaurant Association (NRA).
During the course of an investigation, NRA has the right to suspend exam scoring, as well as, Exam Proctor and Instructor privileges. Exam Proctors, Course Instructors, Sponsors and Examinees who are notified of an investigation are expected to expediently and honestly cooperate with all requests for information.
NRA reserves the right to revoke an examinees certificate based on any action that compromises the validity, reliability, security, or integrity of NRA Certificate Exam programs. NRA reserves the right to conduct announced or unannounced audits to ServSafe International™ exam sessions and Exam administrations. NRA has the right to issue warnings, probation, or revoke instructor and/or proctor privileges based upon the outcome of an investigation and/or at will.

Чтобы сдать все экзамены ServSafe, нужно набрать 75% или выше. Для экзамена на менеджеров необходимо правильно ответить как минимум на 60 вопросов из 80. Экзамен содержит 10 дополнительных вопросов, которые служат исключительно в исследовательских целях.
Для экзамена на алкоголь необходимо правильно ответить как минимум на 30 вопросов из 40. Для продвинутого экзамена ServSafe по алкоголю, который проходит под контролем, нужно получить 80% или выше, правильно ответив как минимум на 56 из 70 вопросов.
